Mr.Mahapatra

Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra has over three decades of rich experience in senior leadership positions in General Management, as well as across diverse sectors such as IT, Innovation, Strategy, Corporate Banking and Client Relationship Management. He also possesses nearly 8 years of overseas experience in senior and country head positions in the US and UK. He has acted as the former CEO of Syndicate Bank and sat on the boards of Canara Bank, NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India), SBI California, SBI Canada, amongst others. Currently, Mrutyunjay is a Board Member of the Governing Council of RBI’s Innovation Hub. He is also on the Board of Supervision at NABARD, and plays the key role of Advisor and Mentor for Digital Transformation at NABARD. A renowned visionary and innovator, Mrutyunjay has been a strategic planner for SBI as well as for the BSFI industry, where he spearheaded groundbreaking Business & IT transformation. He regularly advises global and Indian companies, such as IBM, Trend Micro and TVS group, and is a powerful voice on digital transformation, Fintech engagement, and organizational processes in the corporate and government circles.

Ms.Veena

Ms. Veena Mankar began her corporate career at ICICI Limited, the project finance institution that eventually became ICICI Bank Limited. She has also worked at a number of leading financial institutions, including Emirates Bank in Dubai, Banque IndoSuez Aval in the UK, West LB in Germany, Standard Bank of South Africa, and FIM Bank in Malta. Over the past 15 years, she has been involved in financial inclusion and has founded two entities under the Swadhaar brand. Currently, she leads Swadhaar FinAccess, a non-profit organization, while Swadhaar FinServe Limited was acquired by RBL Bank in 2018 and renamed RBL FinServe Limited. Ms. Mankar serves as a director of RBL Bank Limited and IDFC Foundation. In the past, she has served on the boards of IDFC First Bank, Liberty General Insurance, factoring entities in India, Dubai, and Egypt, and the Governing Board of Sa-Dhan, the microfinance industry association. She holds a BA in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Ms. Mankar has also traveled extensively as a trainer and speaker at various national and international forums.

Sunil Kapoor

Mr. Sunil Kumar Kapoor has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for financial reporting, control planning, treasury and budget controls, taxation, audit, risk, and compliance. Before joining Spice Money, he worked with companies such as Aircel, Pepsi, Paras, and Phoenix, where he managed all aspects of finance and accounting functions. Mr. Kapoor is a chartered accountant and holds an executive program degree in business management from IIM Kolkata.

Ramesh Venkatraman

Mr. Ramesh Venkataraman is the founder and managing director of Avast, a private equity investment firm that advises and manages investments for a sovereign wealth fund and family offices in the Middle East and makes direct investments in Asia. He has a B. Tech in electronics and communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Kharagpur, an M.Phil. in International Relations from Oxford University, and an M.P.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. Between 2012 and 2016, Mr. Venkataraman ran Samena Capital's private equity business and served on the firm's investment committee. He is currently a board member of several companies, including Pure Data Centers, RAK Economic Zone, Rak Airport, ATCO Group, Spice Money, and Falcon Technologies. He previously served as chairman of the executive committee and board member of Rak Ceramics, a globally-leading ceramics manufacturer, and on the boards of several other Samena investee companies.

Dr Rashmi

Dr. Rashmi Aggarwal has been a Professor of Law at IMT Ghaziabad since 2007, where she has taught and conducted research in the fields of economics, environment, and policy. She is currently a Non-Executive Independent Women Director on the boards of Zee Media Corporation Ltd, Dish TV India Ltd, Digispice Technologies Ltd, Essel Finance AMC Ltd, Today Merchandise Pvt Ltd, and Dish Infra Services Pvt Limited. She has also served on the board of Essel Forex Ltd and various board sub-committees, including the Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. In addition, Dr. Aggarwal has worked as an External Foreign Peer Reviewer for the University of Rajshahi and North South University in Bangladesh, where she assessed higher education quality assurance for the World Bank's International Development Association and UGC, Bangladesh. At IMT Ghaziabad, she has held several leadership positions, including Chairperson of the 2-year PGDM Program, Chairperson of the PDGM Executive program, and Core Coordinator for AACSB accreditation. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Aggarwal worked as an advocate in the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the Supreme Court of India. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a law degree, a Master's in Law, and a Ph.D. in Patents Law from the Law Department at Punjab University, Chandigarh. Her research interests include corporate laws, corporate governance, cybercrimes, labor laws, and intellectual property rights. She has published more than 80 works, including books, international research papers, book chapters, book reviews, and case studies.

Sanjeev Kumar

Sanjeev Kumar is the CEO of Spice Money, a company that aims to digitally and financially empower rural entrepreneurs in India. With 20 years of experience in the banking, payments, and insurance sectors, Sanjeev has a strong focus on achieving the company's mission and making Spice Money the most admired rural fintech in the country. He is passionate about keeping the rural customer at the center of the company's business strategy and offering all financial and digital services to rural customers. Previously, Sanjeev served as the Chief Growth Officer for Spice Money, where he contributed to the company's rapid growth and helped it to thrive during the pandemic. Before joining Spice Money, he worked at Jio Payments Bank, Yes Bank, Max New York Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz, and Infosys Technologies. Sanjeev holds a BTech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. He is from a small village in rural India and has personally experienced the struggles faced by the rural population, which drives his vision of uplifting and transforming the lives of rural communities.
